The apartment was absolutely beautiful, with a charming and historic atmosphere. the high ceilings and thick walls added to the overall elegance. We were pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of wine and basic essentials in the kitchen, making our stay even more enjoyable. the location was perfect, close to transportation options and surrounded by great restaurants and bars.
That the second bedroom did not have air conditioning, which was a disappointment considering we had assumed all bedrooms would have it. there were noise disruptions from renovations in the building, which made it difficult to sleep in.

I had an exceptional experience staying at Janelas Verdes. The apartment was superb and in a great location. The hosts were very kind and even left snacks and wine for us. The building itself had a charming atmosphere. It was the best apartment I've ever stayed in. Thank you, Mafalda!
Just like one guest mentioned in the database, unfortunately, I also had a noise issue during my stay. The neighbor upstairs decided to blast his PlayStation at 100% volume, which disrupted my sleep before my early morning flight.

Oh, how I loved the noise of the road in front of the bedroom. It was music to my ears.

Lisbon's hidden gem! The apartments are conveniently located near Ribeira Market and Commerce Square, making it a perfect base to explore the city. The well-equipped kitchen with a dining area allowed us to savour the local cuisine in the comfort of our own "Masterchef-worthy" cooking sanctuary. Plus, the private bathroom with a refreshing shower and free toiletries made us feel like pampered royalty.
Slight discomfort in one twin room.
